This fun and friendly community class offers gentle flowing yoga to get you moving on a Sunday morning and provide a great start to the day.
This mixed ability class is suitable for all and no booking is necessary.
Stretch and strengthen the body, and finish the class with some guided relaxation to refresh the mind.
Drop-in price: £9 with 6 class passes available at £42 (which can be purchased online here or paid direct).
Concessions: £7 and £30 respectively.

While I like my classes to be as accessible to as many people as possible, please be aware that this class is held in a village hall location not a yoga studio. While I provide basic yoga props, there are no chairs or stools for standing support.
The class is therefore aimed at people with enough mobility to comfortably move from sitting to standing.
Yoga for Relaxation, Resilience and Stress Relief
Wednesday Evenings 18:30 - 19:30 @ Body IQ Studio
This class is held at, and run in conjunction with, the fantastic people at Body IQ Studio in Wolverton Mill.
Yoga for Health is a special kind of yoga class that encourages you to focus on how you feel and not on how you look! Regardless of your age, size, gender, fitness ability or previous experience you will be at home in this non-judgmental environment where everyone works to their own level.
This class is designed for relaxation more than physical exertion, it is therefore very suitable for people recovering from injury or with reduced mobility. Yoga props and stools can be provided on request.
However, it is not a seated, or chair yoga, class and the ability to move from sitting to standing position is necessary.
In addition. Please also note that the studio is up a flight of stairs and is therefore, regrettably not, wheel-chair accessible.
Yoga for Men

Following a number of successful courses in Milton Keynes, I now a regular class teaching Yoga to Men in a friendly healthy environment every week.

This class is designed to include elements of physical challenge, including that times practices for strength, core stability, mobility and flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
However, the class is always designed to be completely accessible to beginners with explanations of how the different practices should feel. With the challenges growing as your familiarity does.
I would like to make it clear that this class is fully trans-male inclusive.
