This fun and friendly community class offers gentle flowing yoga to get you moving on a Sunday morning and provide a great start to the day.
This mixed ability class is suitable for all and no booking is necessary.
Stretch and strengthen the body, and finish the class with some guided relaxation to refresh the mind.
Drop-in price: £9 with 6 class passes available at £42 (which can be purchased online here or paid direct).
Concessions: £7 and £30 respectively.

This class is held at, and run in conjunction with, the fantastic people at Body IQ Studio in Wolverton Mill.
Conscious yoga is a special kind of yoga class that encourages you to focus on how you feel and not on how you look! Regardless of your age, size, gender, fitness ability or previous experience you will be at home in this non-judgmental environment where everyone works to their own level.

Following the success of our multiple "Yoga for Men" introductory courses, MBM has teamed up with the Heart Yoga Space in Wolverton to offer dedicated yoga classes for guys.
Turn up for individual classes to give it a go, or by a class pass and commit to improve everything about your health!
