I'm delighted to be bringing this Workshop to Aylesbury for the first time.
In this workshop we will engage in Movement and Meditation exercises drawn from Qi Gong, Aikido and Yoga.
Together we will perform different forms of moving meditation and embodiment exercise, to both relax you and stir the spirit.
Plus, you will learn some simple but effective relaxation exercises to take away and use in day-to-day life.
