I'm delighted to be bringing this Workshop to Leighton Buzzard for the first time - in association with the Rocci Tree Yoga Studio.
In this workshop we will engage in Movement, Meditation and Embodiment exercises drawn from Qi Gong, Aikido and Yoga.
Together we will learn a little about how stress works on the body, and how we can use moving meditation exercises that have been scientifically proven to help calm the mind and build resilience to stress.
Plus, you will learn some short, simple but proven relaxation exercises to take away and use in day-to-day life.
