Please join me for an afternoon of movement and relaxation at the lovely National Badminton Centre in Milton Keynes.
During this workshop we will practice exercises drawn from a number of different disciplines which help connect the mind and the body, with a focus on relaxation and stress reduction.
We will take a little bit of time to learn about the science of stress, and what kind of simple activities we can incorporate in our daily lives to help us build our resilience, and make ourselves just a little bit happier each and every day.
The venue includes refreshment and changing facilities (including a sauna) which were welcome to partake of.
