Ancient Wisdom - Modern Science
This cross-disciplinary workshop will combine learning and exercises from a number of mind/body disciplines.
Participants will engage in gentle moving meditations to improve physical and mental health, and practice connection and embodiment exercises that will encourage a deeper understanding of the mind/body relationship.
The workshop is suitable for all, and will include simple takeaway exercises that can be included in day-to-day life for proven lasting benefits.
